Users just need to input their measurements and then use a typical search box with a brand and a category, and get a result page.

In the background, the purpose of the app is to simplify users decisions by working over big data sets contributed by other users in order to improve matching solutions.
SOCIAL NETWORKING
Share your measurements with someone to get a gift that suits you, share your opinion on an article, critizice the experience with a brand, etc.
LET THE MACHINE DO THE WORK
THE ALGORITHM
1. User's measures
Users must add each of their measurements to the app only once, using a simple interface and using a classic measuring tape.
2. BRands' size charts
The system will look for a first solution using the brands's public size guide
3. SIMILAR SIZE USERS
The system will then locate users of similar measurements, anonymously, and check whether the item fits them, to provide a second solution from the real world.
4. STATISTICAL ADJUSTMENTS
To avoid discrepancies, the system will balance the results, rule out anomalies and offer a single merged solution, so that the user gets the most appropriate size on the first try.

1. DATA INPUT
We have created a data input website designed to accomodate any kind of size chart data that a brand provide publicly. Anyone will soon be able to upload any size chart of any brand, and we will curate the data so the information within the app is fully validated.
2. DATA AGGREGATION
Users that input their measures and use the SizeWallet data vault by uploading some article they own, are helping other users to find their size. Search results will soon include information about similar sized users choosing specific sizes from specific brands, all through an anonymized statistical matching algorithm.

BENEFITS FOR THE INDUSTRY
1. SAVINGS IN LOGISTICS
Users who use our app will more often choose the correct size, reducing the number of returns, which currently stands at around 25%, therefore generating savings in reverse logistics for the industry.
2. SUBCONTRACTOR FLEXIBILITY
Manufacturers must maintain a sizing pattern and incur quality assessment costs to maintain size consistency of items manufactured against that pattern. This costs increase when multiple manufacturing subcontractors are used. The app allows sizing to be maintained at both category (pattern) and item level. The user can select their size for each item, which reduces homogenization costs.
3. SURPLUS REDUCTION
The waste of surplus items by size is at odds with sustainability and material saving goals. Having manufacturing planning through the app's aggregated biometric statistics reports will allow the industry to reduce the number of items manufactured or increase the market by serving items to those who are not currently served.
4. QUALITY ASSURANCE
Brands that use an intermediary distribution model may lose visibility of the destinations of their items due to the intermediation of distributors. The app allows for the improvement of the quality of service to the end customer as a meeting point for opinions and measurement of satisfaction directly by the brand.
